Craziest day today. Starting early because I’m meeting Benjamin Joffe, CEO & founder of DayDeed.com. Talk with him about startups and then off to have lunch with Nurill talking about book about hijab that she’s going to launch. She’s been using Salsabeela’s products for the photoshoot.
Then attending the launch of Telunjuk.com - startup from Project Eden incubator. And continue having a meeting with committee member of Project Eden, 12 of my beloved crazy awesome funny fabulous partners. Also brief meeting with startuplokal partners to plan our 2nd anniversary event in April.
Then continue to a restaurant where I spend 30 minutes inside the restroom to make phone calls and settle things with my client’s website launch. Not to mention my own SalsabeelaShop website launch tomorrow.
Ending the day having dinner with Mark Robson, British Council English director who just landed in Jakarta. There are a lot of young creative people too, one of them is Leonard Theosabrata of The Goods Dept, so I really enjoy our conversations.
Now at home and still pretty much working and checking emails, especially to polish things for Salsabeela’s launch.
Highlight of the day: my deep conversation with Nanda, really enjoy it as usual, and Megain! He’s using a vintage like phone connected to his blackberry. That is just too cute LOL LOL
Today is one big huge smile day. Plus the “I miss you” note in the middle of dinner.
